On occasion, some complete orders, multiple item orders etc will incur extra charges due to weight/size/distance. In these instances we will contact the customer to discuss directly.

We are happy to accept returns for either exchange or refund received back at our shop within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Goods must be unused and in their original packaging in resaleable condition.  Please email us for instructions prior to returning items.  Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. Return postage is at customer's own cost and liability.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged/lost in return transit.
